Dominic Ventresca is a St. Catharines resident and retired senior health care administrator, who brings with him extensive experience from across the health and human services sectors. Mr. Ventresca recently served as Director, Senior Services for the Regional Municipality of Niagara and was responsible for overseeing the management of eight long-term care homes and numerous community programs. Prior to that Mr. Ventresca was the administrator of the Niagara Region’s Linhaven Home.
Mr. Ventresca has been actively involved in his community and is currently Co-Chair of the Niagara Age-Friendly Community Network. During his career he served on many community and provincial organizations including the Ontario Association of Non-Profit Homes and Services for Seniors (OANHSS), Behavioural Supports Ontario Oversight Committee, Mental Health Implementation Task Force and the Ontario Gerontology Association (OGA).
