Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP)

The HNHB LHIN is one of 14 LHINs in Ontario established to plan, integrate and fund local health services and coordinate the delivery of home and community care supports and services.  As part of the planning process, each LHIN develops a three-year Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP) to identify its priorities for health system improvements and guides the direction of the local health care system.  The IHSP ensures the LHIN and its health service providers direct their focus to initiatives and actions that best serve HNHB LHIN residents.

IHSP 2019-2022 - We want to hear from you!

The HNHB LHIN wants to learn about your experiences with the health care system – what’s working well, where are there areas for improvement, and what’s important to you, your family and your community. Our concentrated IHSP engagement is underway and you are encouraged to share your insights. Make your voice heard by taking part in the online survey, or provide real-time feedback during an upcoming webinar.
